Stall size: Approximately 2.5 metres wide x 1.1 metre deep – This allows for a table approximately 1.8 metres wide (standard table size), an extra 70 centimetres beside the table for a clothes rack, and 30 centimetres in front of your table for display (tubs of items, etc.). Please refrain from exceeding beyond 30 centimetres in front of your stall to minimise congestion and avoid trip hazards.
Please bring a table cover/cloth or long sheet to cover your table.
We will inform you in your booking confirmation email if you need to bring your own chairs or if the venue supplies them.
Free entry for you and one helper.

If you are a business selling bibs, Attipas or hair accessories please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to booking a stall as we limit categories to ensure every stall holders success.
Bookings and payments are made via Trybooking.com. A stall is $55 without table hire or $60 with table hire. Once payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email via Trybooking.
Set up and pack up
Doors open for stallholders from 7:30am and close at 8.30am. Stalls will need to be set up by 8:50am to begin trading at 9am until 1pm. Pack up is from 1pm.
There will be a parking inspector as you drive in wearing a high vis vest to guide you where to park your car for unloading. You will need to unload all your items to your stall then move your car immediately, our parking inspectors will show you where you can park for the duration of the market. You may bring your car back to the venue for pack up.
STRICTLY NO DRAGGING OF ITEMS ACROSS THE FLOOR DURING SET-UP/PACK UP, ANY DAMAGE TO THE FLOOR WILL RENDER YOU LIABLE FOR REPAIR PAYMENT.
Please bring a trolley to transport your goods or even a pram!
For any help during set-up or pack-up there will be helpers in high-vis vests to guide you.
By paying the stallholders fee, you have read the Terms and Conditions of All for Kids
Market and agreed to them. For cancellations up to 3 (three) weeks before market day a free transfer to another market OR a refund minus a $10 admin fee will be given. Only one free transfer will be permitted. 50% refund will be given up to and including 7 days before market date and after that no refund, sorry.
Safety and security
The organisers will not be responsible for any theft, loss or damage of either goods or money. Each stallholder must take reasonable care in the setting up of their stall to ensure their own safety and the safety of persons entering the stall to view items for sale.
The stallholder agrees to indemnify All For Kids Market against all claims for damages or injury to the property or person of any persons in respect to any claim by any such person arising out of negligence on the part of the stallholder or his agents or servants.
All For Kids Market reserves the right to refuse admission or eject patrons from the market for any activity that it deems unacceptable or for not following the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Whilst it is not mandatory to obtain liability insurance for you and/or your stall it is highly recommended.
Australian standards and car seats
If you are planning on selling car seats, you can only do so if it has not been involved in an accident and is under 8 years old as per the Australian Government Standards.
It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure that all goods sold comply with the relevant Australian Standard. The organisers take no responsibility for faulty or damaged goods and will contact you for resolution of complaints arising from customers. The ACCC sets guidelines about selling goods relating to children and babies. These guidelines can be found on the ACCC website or by calling them on 1300 302 502. All For Kids Market accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into at the market events.
Purchasing from other stall holders
It is strictly forbidden to purchase from other stall holders prior to 12pm. Please leave other stall holder’s items for the paying customers. It is also frustrating for stallholders to have people looking through their things during set up so please leave all purchasing until after 12pm.
Unsold items and rubbish
All unsold items and boxes must be taken home with you at the end of the day. Please bring your resuable coffee cups if you wish to purchase coffee at the venue to minimise waste!
